I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

This photograph was taken at Fernandina Beach in FL in 2012. Gulls are typically medium to large birds, usually grey or white, often with black markings on the head or wings. They typically have squawking calls, stout, longish bills, and webbed feet. Most gulls, are ground-nesting carnivores, which will take live food or scavenge opportunistically. Gulls are typically coastal or inland species, rarely venturing far out to sea.
About Cathy Lindsey
I have been an artist as long as I can remember. My specialty is pastel portraits, although I also paint in oils. I bought a camera in 2011 to capture images to paint from and fell in love with photography. Taking photos has become a passion on its own. I am originally from Georgia but moved to High Country NC in 2016. I live just a few miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway and love taking mountain pictures. I take my camera and ride to explore new places and photograph everything in sight. I am like a child and get excited about a mountain view or sometimes just a flower blooming.
